Hi, my name is Brittany. Through my fitness journey, I don’t know about you, but it is hard to keep on a regular exercise routine. I’ve tried at home apps and plans, books, and info graphic circuits.
I’ve tried eating healthier and making good for you food and planning my meals.
Now I have paid for a personal trainer. Which was great, but eventually I couldn’t afford it. I learned enough to know that when eating there’s things like macros, which are proteins, fats, carbs, and calories. This was hard to track and eat with.
I decided to download an app that shows me gym exercises and use that instead. We will see how it goes!
